Terms of Service

1. Service Description

ClawPilot is an AI assistant platform operated by Perfect AIm (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Service provides AI-powered productivity tools that integrate with your Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive) and other third-party services to help you manage email, calendar events, files, and perform web research through a conversational interface.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use ClawPilot. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly basis. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Free tier users who bring their own API keys are responsible for charges from their API provider.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of ClawPilot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encrypt all sensitive data including API keys and authentication tokens using AES-256-GCM encryption.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Perfect AIm and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect AIm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data 30 days after account termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
